The Syllabus of Engineering Courses for Example – Electronics & Communications Engineering – (E.C.E) that existed before May 2014 – starting from 2nd Year until 4th Year – to be taught as The Foundation Year of ECE ie The 1st Year.

(2)

Highly skill Demanding Courses such as Mechatronics, Network Engineering (CCNA-CCNP-Cybersecurity), Cloud Computing, etc be taught from 2nd Year until the end of 3rd Year of ECE.

If an Engineering College has a 7 Lecture Day – The Theory Lectures be taught for 3 subjects a Day and after the Lunch Break – 3 Lectures be dedicated to Practicals of the same Subjects.

Stated Below are things to be kept in Mind :-

(a) ONE Machine / Equipment – per student for an entire Laboratory LectureS

Such that

The Real Estate Near Engineering Colleges be given tax breaks if they offer their space to students to perform their Laboratory Practicals.

(b)

Student to Assess Self and The Laboratory Assitant to assess student too. The student to compare the 2 assessments and none of the Assessments from Laboratory to be Graded until the Date of Practical Exams.

  • SO THAT THE STUDENTS CAN COME TO TERMS WITH REALITY ABOUT THE LEVEL THEIR SKILLSET AND BE KEPT FREE FROM THE FEAR OF IMPACT OF GRADING ON JOB PROSPECTS.

(c)

The Equipments / Machines are to be made available to Students by IEEE, DRDO, ISRO free of cost for use within the Laboratory

AND

By Tech Companies under the obligation of CSR and CSR Spending be waived off for such Tech Companies / Startups.

(d)

The 4th Year of Engineering be replaced with The – 1 – Year Internship in compliance with what was initially the vision from the February Budget 2020-2021 with The Payment of Stipends to Students as proposed by The Successive Budgets in India.
