Kichhu din mone mone ghorer kone

Ishaaraaye koibi kotha gothhe maathhe
Dekhish jeno keu na jaane,

Kichhu din mone mone…
A LOT OF CINEMA LOVERS MIGHT NOT BE GOOD AT BENGALI LANGUAGE BUT THIS SONG WILL STAY WITH YOU FOR HOURS AFTER YOU HAVE WALKED OUT THE CINEMA HALL.
While Majority Bollywood Producers live with the delusion that People watch Movies only because of Superstars acting in Movies.
While Majority Bollywood Producers think that only Box Office Numbers are the real parameter of how good a film is.
While Majority Bollywood Producers are lazy with regards to working on the content and they just Bank upon a Big Superstar’s fame, they need to draw some lessons from Films like The Bengal Files.
—————WHILE I WRITE ABOUT THE BENGAL FILES, I DO NOT CONFIRM————
—————NOR DENY THE REASON BEHIND CONTROVERSY AROUND THIS FILM——————
From An Apolitical Cinema Lover’s perspective, I would say that The Bengal Files is a masterpiece by Mr Vivek Agnihotri.
The Film has a production design that can leave anybody watching it in awe of the Production Designing Team.
Bengal and especially Kolkata shown in this film can leave anyone in Awe of How Beautiful Bengal looked like in the Pre-Independence Era.
I would give full marks to the staff who designed the storyboard for The Bengal Files.
Maybe the scenes of violence that the cinematographer Mr Attar Singh Saini captured may end up being too disturbing to watch, the visual appeal of the film says that The Entire Set of The Bengal Files AND the storyboard was made with a lot of passion.
The Screenplay written by Mr Vivek Agnihotri portrays on the silver screen some very beautifully written characters
The way The Bengal Files draws parallel with a story that runs as the past of Bengal that The Producer claims to be true, (I neither confirm nor deny their claims) and how beautifully the Protagonist Simrat Kaur Randhawa plays an innocent girl of the 1940s and how powerfully Pallavi Joshi Protrays an aged female character, (I neither confirm, nor deny the Film’s claims) sets the bar for actors of present times.
From Simrat Kaur Randhawa to Darshan Kumar to Namashi Chakraborthy to Eklavya Sood to Dibyendu Bhattacharya to Priyanshu Chatterjee to Saurav Das to Pallavi Joshi to Acting Legends like Mr Anupam Kher and Mr Mithun Chakraborthy, the Film has Acting performances that are way too good and makes you feel guilty if you missed watching this film on The Silver Screen.
The Background Music of The Bengal Files is also an overwhelming experience
With Directors like Mr Vivek Agnihotri and a screenplay like The Bengal Files, A Cinema Lover like me can say that although Majority, Bollywood Producers are obsessed with Mediocrity, even today, India has a Film Maker who pursues absolute perfection in his film-making and makes a film too flawless to find something to criticize the Film or The Film Maker Mr Vivek Agnihotri.
My blog does not endorse any Political Opinion but, yes, in terms of Artistic Excellence, The Bengal Files proves why Cinema Halls are still relevant in India when OTT is ruling Indian Cinema Viewers’ Hearts and Minds.
Please do not skip watching The Bengal Files on The Silver Screen
VIVEK AGNIHOTRI:-
THE BENGAL FILES is a Vivek Agnihotri Masterpiece that I would call a movie very close to becoming India’s THE SCHINDLER’S LIST.
This is the first time an Indian Film Director has come closer to making a masterpiece that has the potential of being called India’s THE SCHINDLER’S LIST.
There have been many films on India’s History, or THE INDIA’S WAR ON IMPERIALISM. But The Bengal Files makes you feel that every scene, every camera angle, every expression on the actor’s face is never seen before.
SOME POWERFUL PERFORMANCES FROM THE BENGAL FILES – THE PERFORMANCES THAT ARE TOO POWERFUL TO IGNORE :-
SIMRAT KAUR
Her Character HAS INNOCENCE, SENSITIVITY, PATRIOTISM, ELEGANCE, FEEBLENESS, AND, COURAGE.
SAURAV DAS AND DIBYENDU BHATTACHARAYA
THE OTHER TWO CHARACTERS THAT I LIKED WERE THE CHARACTERS THAT WERE PLAYED VERY IMPACCABLY BY DIBYENDU BHATTACHARYA AND SAURAV DAS. THE WAY THESE TWO ACTORS DELIVER THEIR PERFORMANCES MAKES ACTING LOOK EFFORTLESS TO THE AUDIENCE.
HAVE BEEN WATCHING MR ANUPAM KHER AND MR MITHUN CHAKRABORTHY FOR MANY YEARS ON THE SCREEN AND EVERY CHARACTER THEY HAVE PLAYED SO FAR IS SO DIFFERENT FROM THE CHARACTERS THEY HAVE PLAYED EARLIER. THE TWO LEGENDS ARE THE MOST CRIMINALLY UNDER RATED ACTORS IN INDIA.
DARSHAN KUMAR – A Young Promising actor that may prove to be the dark horse among actors in India. He played a character similar to the characters played by many actors in the past.
DESPITE that, DARSHAN KUMAR Despite that Darshan Kumar has a very unique style of acting and a powerful Dialogue Delivery that keeps you glued to the screen every time he is on the screen.
PALLAVI JOSHI – An actress who has played One of the toughest roles in the Film. She Played her Role in such a way that shows that she has a Very Rich Experience at acting.
FOR ANY CINEMA LOVER AND/OR A FILM CRITIC, IT IS TOO DIFFICULT TO FIND FLAWS IN THE BENGAL FILES AS A CINEMATIC EXPERIENCE.
—————-PLEASE DO NOT SKIP WATCHING THE BENGAL FILES IN CINEMA HALLS—————–
