WHY ALL JOURNALISTS ARE NOT LIARS FOR REAL

Dear Readers,
In many films, some Hollywood films and a few Bollywood films, we often see actors accusing the Media as LIARS.

While MEDIA may be lying at some occasions but 90% journalists are not LIARS for real.

Despite the fact that Worldly wisdom suggests that one must not fully trust the Legacy Media, 90% of the world’s journalists don’t lie and they bring to light the truth for real, so that we can keep in touch with events unfolding worldwide…

But what is the truth behind the Perception that Journalists are honest 90% times and Media still manages to lie most of the times, particularly the Indian LEGACY MEDIA is something we are aware of but we fail to recognise the truth despite all of that.

When A leader takes oath to serve as The Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, he/she swears the oath of secrecy as well

Not just the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, but ministers of The Union Government, The Chief Ministers of States and UTs, Ministers of State Governments and UTs, also swear the oath of secrecy when they swear to serve the People of India

Which is why, Any state government Chief Minister, and the Union Government Ministers and Hon’ble PM often declassify information, but not those informations that can create panic among citizens.

And many times the information is related to Internal security threats, involves information that can impact diplomatic relations for bad, information that is domestic but can lead to panic among the citizens (and/or diaspora), all such kinds of informations are kept secret and depending upon the gravity of the situation and the threat it represents, the government releases information for PRESS or the LEGACY MEDIA

But sometimes, even when Media lies as part of its habit, 90% Journalists do not. These are the times when News worthy information is Politically Funded by Political Parties or in some cases, individual politicians, individual business-persons, etc.

In such cases, the Media may end up lying, but there are always journalists who speak the truth despite being aware of the political and politically motivated legal consequences against them

Media is the sum total of all the Journalists and essentially the few people from Editorial Boards, who decide the narrative. But in the event of every news worthy information shared with the people, there are always many journalists that exhibit the courage and speak the truth despite knowing what they may be faced with in future.
