LITIGATION, NOT PLEA : LEGAL HINDU DEFENSE to counter inescapable persecution of Pro-India Voices
In the wake of the recent targeting of the Indian Right Wingers, BJP’s Shehzad Poonawala has come to the rescue of the Right Wing, particularly the nationalists of Bharat. Legal Hindu Defense, a legal forum is announced to counter, staying within the legal purview, the alleged tyranny, apparently, at the hands of Left Wing Ecosystem.
Active participants of the right wing ecosystem, the Nationalists, including Anand Ranganathan, Ajeet Bharti, Ashok Shreevastava (DD News) are purported to be on the radar of the Congress-led INDI Bloc ecosystem, as alleged by the Right Wingers of Bharat.
The Right-Wing Ecosystem has alleged to being slapped with false-FIRs, false-Cases, malicious action and intimidation by the Left Wing footsoldiers.
The need for a common-forum to counter the inevitable persecution of the Pro-India Voices, was felt widely among the Right-Wingers. Amidst the calls for a counter, although staying within the legal purview, to answer the inescapable tyranny, Bharatiya Janata Party’s national spokesperson, Shehzad Poonawala has stepped in to rescue of the nationalists with a Legal Forum called ‘Legal Hindu Defense’.
Dealing an assault to the Emergency Mentality of the Left-Wing loyalists, Shehzad Poonawala, national spokesperson of the BJP, announced the launch of Legal Hindu Defense. The volunteer group is announced to counter the False-Cases, False-FIRs against nationalists with legal action.
“I am very proud that today such an initiative has been taken by some Hindus, some nationalism, some youth. Its name is Legal Hindu Defense. The whole meaning of this volunteer (group) is that now there will be no pleading, yes, it means that whatever legal and legal actions have to be fought, Legal Hindu Defense will fight through its wide legal network, whether it is Be it on the fake news spread by them, be it on the hate speech spread against Hindus and Sanatan”
Said Shehzad Poonawala, national spokesperson of the BJP.
The Legal Hindu Defense is announced in the backdrop of continuous targeting of Journalists, Hindus with nationalist ideology, filing fake cases, filing fake FIRs, taking malicious action, intimidating and threatening, as alleged by the Indian Right Wingers.
The attempts to intimidate nationalists have gained frequency after the Congress “outperformed the NDA” with ‘a 99 seat moral victory’ in the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections, a claim frequented by Rahul Gandhi loyalists.
Shehzad further added that the Legal Hindu Defense will prepare at least 10 to 12 legal resources, legal luminaries, legal activists in every state who can pursue legal action against fake news propogated (against Bharat’s interests)”
“Be it (the targeting of) nationalists, we can protect them and can also crack down on those who spread lies. Now we are not going to remain silent. Wherever their lies are spread in every locality, locality and street, we will take action against them”, added Bharatiya Janata Party’s Shehzad Poonawala.
Before concluding his remarks, Shehzad Poonawala of BJP urged the people to contribute towards building Bharat, simultaneously avoding a bawl-out for shortcomings.

The announcement of a Legal Hindu Defense, by The Right-Wingers of Bharat, is being perceived as another David-v/s-Goliath battle against the mighty Left-Wing Ecosystem.
