Yesterday Morning, I came across a news report which Claims that Zomato’s CEO Mr Deepinder Goyal has given a Job Offer that requires the Chief of Staff to pay an Upfront Fee of INR 20 Lakhs and the Chief Of Staff thus hired can receive salary from the next year.
This news report, if true, can help Tier-1 B-Schools seek an inspiration from Mr Goyal.
This idea coined by Mr Goyal can be a gamechanger for BSchools
If Top Tier Bschools give admissions to students and make them work in a way similar to the job offer put forward by Mr Goyal, this will not just revolutionize India’s Business Education Environment, but also give a major boost towards real upskilling of India’s future entrepreneurs.
If they get some real-world experience and prove their learning by drawing real-world lessons documented in the form of Assignments, where their learnings can be matched with the theories, than that would not only add some worth to the degrees the Business Graduates carry, but help them become Successful Entrepreneurs and help India become the Land of Incredibly Talented Entrepreneurs
